Jason Giambi said he expects to return to the lineup Monday. He has been slowed by an aching left foot lately and has just one hit over his last 26 at-bats, according to the AP.

The Yankees may revisit trying to void Jason Giambi's contract if it's determined that he used illegal drugs after they signed him to a seven-year, $120 million contract in 2001, according to the New York Daily News.
He was quoted in USA Today on Friday as saying that he "was wrong for doing that stuff," in reference to having used steroids.
The commissioner's office is investigating his comments and will summon him to a meeting to discuss them.
For now, there's no worry, but this is the type of thing that could snowball quickly if MLB determines he was using steroids or other illegal substances.

The Yankees will get out him again as 2005 season.
